Kim, Kyung Soo

Professor, Sungkyunkwan University

Mr. Kyungsoo Kim is emeritus professor of economics at Sungkyunkwan University. He taught at SKKU and Tulane University. He also served as a deputy governor of the Bank of Korea. He was educated at the University of Pennsylvania for a doctoral degree and at Seoul National University for B.A. As an open macroeconomist he has contributed numerous papers in professional journals and books. Most recently he coauthored “International Capital Mobility and Structural Transformation,” B.E. Journal of Macroeconomics. Kim has served as president of the Korea Economic Association and president of the Korea Monetary and Finance Association.
