Mr. Jeon received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Korea University in Seoul, South Korea. After finishing college, he

completed advanced graduate courses of Information and Communication Program (ICP) at Korea University in 2006, and also Public

Policy & Management Program at Korea University in 2010. Also, Mr. Jeon received a Master of Laws from University of California, Davis

school of law in May 2016.
