Mr. Jiang Xiansheng counsels clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to private equity funds.  He specializes in complex unilateral

conduct matters, as well as merger control issues in connection with cross-border and global M&A transactions.  Mr. Jiang co-authored

the book “The Art of Legal Drafting”, published by the China Law Press, and contributed to Practical Law Company and LexisNexis China’s

antitrust/competition law publications.

​He graduated (summa cum laude) from Wabash College, with dual degrees in English Literature & Economics, and received a master’s

degree in economic law from Peking University.
