Soonwoong Kook

Managing Director of Oaktree

Mr. Kook brings close to 20 years of experience in marketing to institutional investors

and intermediary distributors in South Korea.

Before joining Oaktree in 2018, he was managing director and head of institutional business for Amundi in Hong Kong.

Prior thereto, Mr. Kook was a client relationship manager with AllianceBernstein in Hong Kong.

He began his career as an associate manager with the Shinhan Investment Corporation in Korea.

Mr. Kook received an M.B.A. from CEIBS, the China Europe International Business School,

and a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Houston.
